I am very satisfied with the support and guidance I received from Van Storm throughout the recruitment process. From the very beginning, I felt that there was a strong understanding of my professional background, experience, and career expectations. The position presented to me was a very good match for my previous technical and maritime experience, as well as for my goal of developing my career in an international environment. The combination of professional guidance, personal attention, clear communication, and a well-structured recruitment process made the cooperation very positive for me.
I am very happy that our initial job application conversation developed into a successful professional opportunity.
