I found Van Storm's contribution to the application process to be very positive. The most important thing, I think, is their insight in helping me apply to a company that suits me very well in terms of culture and level of work, something I could never have imagined myself beforehand. In my perception, employers now devote much more attention and time to conducting job interviews than when I applied for my first job. Van Storm provided invaluable guidance in preparing for my job interview.

Shortly after the first interview, they were honest about what was and was not possible and what I could do myself to make the application a success. Van Storm was always available to answer questions and kindly reminded my potential employer that they had not yet responded. I cannot think of anything that Van Storm could do to improve its services.
