I remember several conversations between Van Storm, the client and me, in order to really check the possible match between both parties. There were several days of phone calls, emails and messages to really uncover all the precise information.

This gives some feeling of having things under control, so I was not going to be send to a position too far away of what I can offer, as well as that the client really knew that who they were hiring would actually solve what they were looking for.

When one spends most of his time surrounded by technical people (more focused on accuracy and efficiency), it is nice to deal, even for just a small moment, with people-oriented persons. The empathy, proximity and easygoing personality makes you rediscover other ways of communication. Together with experiencing that kind of warm connection and good sense of humor.

Apart of that, payments were quite fast, and Van Storm was calling or texting from time to time to check if everything was ok.
