Jouw uitdaging
As a Systems Engineer - HVAC Requirements, you will bridge technical engineering with rigorous requirements tracking. You will be pivotal in enabling cross-functional teams to work cohesively through the Systems Engineering V-model. By organising and overseeing the requirements and change management process for HVAC-R systems, you'll directly contribute to the seamless development of state-of-the-art naval platforms.
Wat je gaat doen
- Define, manage, and document HVAC-R system requirements in IBM Rational DOORS.
- Ensure requirements align with SMART criteria and support engineering, V&V, and T&I activities.
- Manage change requests and keep V-model aligned documentation up to date.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for effective communication of changes and requirements.
- Analyze data to support the requirement development and validation process.
- Maintain streamlined documentation processes to support team efficiency.

Wat je meebrengt
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Shipbuilding, or a related technical field.
- Strong experience in requirements and change management in a technical setting.
- Familiarity with IBM Rational DOORS or similar systems.
- Understanding of HVAC-R systems is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Vlissingen
- EU citizenship is a must due to the nature of the military projects
- Willingness to perform a background check
