Your opportunity

The Systems Verification Engineer plays a pivotal role in Verification, Validation, and Acceptance (VV&A) process. You will ensure adherence to requirements through document evaluations and design reviews, oversee the development of requirement models, and maintain the Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM). This role allows you to collaborate with diverse teams, coordinate acceptance tests, and play a critical part from initial proposal to final system acceptance, enhancing your expertise in a high-demand field.

What you will do

  • Collaborate on requirements engineering and verification and validation activities
  • Establish comprehensive System Requirements and decompose transverse requirements
  • Link system requirements, define verification cases, and specify test specifications
  • Determine and execute Means of Compliance for assigned systems
  • Ensure compliance with requirements and provide evidence of compliance
  • Contribute to system specification agreement and progressive acceptance process

What you already have

  • BSc. or MSc. degree in Engineering, ASEP certificate is a great asset
  • 5+ years of experience in complex engineering processes
  • Proficiency in Configuration Management, Requirements Management, and Systems Engineering
  • Knowledge of VV&A process, marine systems, and class requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English so you can communicate efficiently with your multi-cultural team
  • Available for full-time in Rotterdam Area
  • Willingness to perform a background check
  • EU citizenship is a must, due to the nature of the military projects
