Your opportunity

As a Systems Analysis Engineer specializing in MBSE, you will play a pivotal role in developing system models for advanced naval vessels, describing their functional behavior, and ensuring traceability of requirements. You will guide project teams in implementing MBSE processes, working closely with architects, engineers, and customers to ensure successful system integration. Your responsibilities will span the requirements engineering process, including decomposition, verification, and validation (V&V), contributing to the successful execution of defense-related shipbuilding projects.

What you will do

  • Define and update systems modeling and analysis processes
  • Maintain and implement system models and architecture frameworks
  • Support project teams in using MBSE tools, providing guidance on system integration
  • Assist with requirements engineering, ensuring clear traceability and conducting V&V activities
  • Collaborate with system architects, engineers, subcontractors, and customers to align on project requirements and objectives

What you already have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, ideally in systems engineering or shipbuilding
  • Strong experience with MBSE, specifically using tools like CAPELLA or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of the Arcadia Method and systems architecture frameworks
  • Experience with requirements engineering and management tools (IBM DOORS is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; German proficiency is an advantage
  • EU citizenship due to the military nature of the projects
