Your opportunity
As the Quality Engineer, your role involves supporting the implementation, integration, monitoring, and maintenance of the quality management plan.
What you will do
- Assist the project organization in meeting all project quality requirements
- Increase awareness, motivation, and involvement by promoting the quality policy and objectives
- Monitor and report activities in compliance with relevant ISO and NATO AQAP standards
- Define quality requirements for suppliers and evaluate their compliance
- Monitor supplier quality issue investigations and drive follow-up actions
- Develop and deliver staff instructions, training, and briefings based on planned works, best practices, and changes in legislation
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management system, including suppliers, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Conduct internal and supplier quality assurance audits
- Serve as a Quality Assurance liaison
- Assist with Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities at the building yards

What you already have
- BSc. or MSc. degree in Business Administration or other relevant faculty
- Good understanding of quality management principles and techniques.
- Proven experience in Quality Management
- Familiarity with supplier quality management, AQAP standards, internal audits, and promoting quality awareness.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English so you can communicate efficiently with your multi-cultural team
- Available for full-time in Vlissingen
- EU citizenship is a must, due to the nature of the military projects
