Your opportunity

As a Structural Construction Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of shipbuilding projects. You will oversee structural production activities, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely material delivery and work execution. Your ability to manage priorities, communicate effectively, and maintain an overview of the construction process will be essential to delivering high-quality results.

What you will do

  • Organize and lead structural production meetings with teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between departments to meet project objectives.
  • Define work priorities and monitor on-board activities.
  • Generate periodic progress reports and track agreements.
  • Supervise the distribution of correct information to production teams.
  • Oversee timely material supply and coordination with work preparation teams.

What you already have

  • MSc. or BSc in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering
  • +5 years of experience in a production environment, preferably shipbuilding
  • Working knowledge of CADmatic and MS Office
  • Strong knowledge of planning techniques and coordination
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English, so you can communicate efficiently with your multicultural team
  • Available for full-time in the Rotterdam area
