Your opportunity

Are you an experienced leader in shipbuilding production and ready for an exciting international challenge? As a Site Manager, you will oversee the execution of high-quality naval ship manufacturing in Colombia, ensuring production meets scope, budget, and timelines. You will lead a skilled site team and manage shipyard operations while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage the site support team to ensure smooth shipyard operations
  • Oversee naval ship manufacturing, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timeline requirements
  • Develop and implement manufacturing plans and monitor progress
  • Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, for ongoing projects
  • Support and advise stakeholders on operational planning and execution
  • Establish local policies and procedures for effective production processes
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, requirements, and specifications
  • Plan and manage human resources to build and maintain a high-performing team
  • Represent the company in professional networks and client interactions

What you already have

  • 3+ years of experience in shipbuilding production, operations, or related fields.
  • BSc. or MSc. degree in Maritime Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a relevant technical field
  • Knowledge of production methods, planning techniques, and engineering principles in shipbuilding
  • Fluency in Spanish and strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in Vlissingen (Netherlands) and travel frequently to Colombia.
  • Security clearance is required
  • EU citizenship and passport (required due to security and compliance regulations)
