Your opportunity

As a Senior Engineer Equipment Integration, you will be at the forefront of advanced marine system and component integration of innovative naval vessel development. Collaborating closely with internal teams, external suppliers, and subcontractors, you will participate in the entire project lifecycle, gaining expertise in designing and implementing complex systems.

What you will do

  • Define and select marine system configurations and components during the proposal phase
  • Develop technical specifications for suppliers, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
  • Evaluate supplier quotations in coordination with the purchasing team
  • Ensure compliance with requirements during technical discussions, meeting quality, schedule, and cost targets
  • Review supplier documentation, including drawings, schematics, and calculations
  • Identify integration issues and suggest improvements with stakeholders
  • Prepare and support technical documents, such as system descriptions and testing procedures
  • Verifiy product performance through simulations, inspections, and FATs
  • Provide technical support during shipyard testing (STW, HAT, SAT)
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Participate in design reviews to ensure quality standards

What you already have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field
  • +3 years of experience in marine systems, particularly within naval, offshore, or commercial shipbuilding
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects and working with suppliers and statutory bodies
  • Strong problem-solving skills, customer focus, and the ability to collaborate in a team
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • EU citizenship or valid work visa, due to the military nature of the projects
