Job summary:
- Tasks: Coordinate and prepare technical and commercial bid documents for offshore projects.
- Projects: Global offshore heavy lift and pipeline installation tenders.

- Main requirements: BSc/MSc in engineering with 3+ years of experience in offshore heavy lift and/or pipelay.
Your opportunity
as a Proposals Engineer you will shape the future of high-profile offshore infrastructure projects. As a core member of the Proposals Department, you’ll be involved from the initial bid preparation all the way through to contract negotiations. This role gives you exposure to the full lifecycle of major oil & gas tenders and the opportunity to interact with both internal stakeholders and international clients.
What you will do
- Review and interpret bid documents from major oil & gas clients.
- Develop work plans in collaboration with the Proposals Manager.
- Distribute and coordinate bid packages across internal departments and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely collection and integration of input from all relevant parties.
- Review scope of work, specifications, and prepare technical qualifications.
- Evaluate subcontractor proposals and compile technical sections of final bids.
- Build and maintain the proposal back-up and hand-over documentation.
- Support the Proposals Manager during post-submission negotiations with clients.

What you already have
- BSc or MSc in Offshore, Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of offshore installation experience (heavy lift or pipelay projects)
- Experience coordinating input from multi-disciplinary engineering and commercial teams
- Willingness to travel when required.
