As a Project Engineer Offshore, you will be crafting Method Statements, coordinating lifting activities, and ensuring seamless execution both offshore and onshore.
Next to that, your tasks will include collaborating with top-notch professionals, managing subcontractors, and contributing to creating project documentation and tenders.
You will also frequently travel on-site to make sure every measurement and design execution is on point.
What you will do
- Supporting the Project Manager in the different project phases
- Organizing and running meetings with subcontractors and clients
- Creating Material lists, MTO, and Mobilization plans
- Performing drawings and calculations for lifting & decommissioning activities
- Performing site surveys, fabrication follow-up, and reports
- Keeping updated on the latest developments by learning and improving your skills
- On-site visits to check the accurate execution of the projects

What you already have
- +3 years of experience in Project Engineering and hands-on Project Execution in the offshore industry
- Diploma in Mechanical, Naval, or Structural Engineering
- Decommissioning, substation installation, and lifting activities have no secrets from you
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project
- A solution-finding and hands-on approach, since you will be the go-to person
- A flexible mindset and communicative attitude, so you don’t get stuck in your own ideas and you communicate any changes or decisions to all parties involved
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English, so you can communicate efficiently with your multicultural team
- Availability for full-time work in Hoofddorp, and willingness to travel
- Passion for complex offshore environments is key
