Your opportunity

In your capacity as a Project Engineer/Lead, you'll integrate into a multi-disciplinary and agile team composed of Structural Engineers, Heavy Lift Engineers, Naval Architects, and Draftsmen, all focused on elevating offshore engineering to new heights. Your pivotal role will encompass crafting and realizing innovative engineering strategies for the installation or decommissioning of heavy offshore structures. This will entail engaging in concept, basic, and detailed engineering phases, making full use of the extraordinary capabilities of the company's leading heavy lift vessel.

What you will do

  • You will be involved in the full engineering process, from design, procedures & manuals to on-site support during yard and offshore execution
  • Review and approve design and engineering deliverables of major installation and/or decommissioning projects
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contact with clients, subcontractors, and project managers aligning project goals with execution strategies
  • Develop innovative tools and supports for unique installation/removal methodologies
  • Ensure seamless project delivery from planning through on-site support
  • Inspire and motivate the team to promote cooperation, transparency, and adaptability to ensure flawless project execution

What you already have

  • A BSc degree in Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, or Maritime Engineering 
  • Over 5 years' experience in the offshore or marine engineering sector 
  • A willingness to travel and work in offshore environments 
  • Fluency in English, with strong communication and team collaboration skills 
  • A customer-focused approach, with decisive and result-oriented project management skills
