What you already have
- A higher vocational or university degree in a technical field (e.g., chemical technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
- Experience in the offshore industry
- Demonstrated expertise in creating optimal designs and steering projects to success, utilizing extensive industry knowledge
- Prior experience in technical roles within an engineering environment, such as project or lead engineer
- Strong negotiation skills for effective dealings with clients and contractors.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work at client sites and adjust to varying project demands.
- Proficiency in English, both in oral and written communication.
