What you will do

  • Directing engineering teams on specific projects, ensuring effective collaboration and task completion.

  • Adapting to various project demands and resolving practical challenges as they arise. 
  • Clearly communicating with clients and team members to maintain project alignment and address any concerns.

  • Holds a robust standing with international clients in the renewable energy sector 
  • Engages in a wide range of compelling design, engineering, consultancy, and EPC projects

What you already have

  • A higher vocational or university degree in a technical field (e.g., chemical technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
  • Experience in the offshore industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating optimal designs and steering projects to success, utilizing extensive industry knowledge
  • Prior experience in technical roles within an engineering environment, such as project or lead engineer
  • Strong negotiation skills for effective dealings with clients and contractors. 
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work at client sites and adjust to varying project demands. 
  • Proficiency in English, both in oral and written communication.
