Your opportunity

As a Lead Planning Engineer, you will have the chance to take the lead on planning for a major international FPSO modification project. You will oversee the planning team, coordinate subcontractors, and manage project schedules from EPC start (September 2025) through delivery (mid-2028). Your expertise will be key to defining and maintaining planning structures, ensuring accurate reporting, and guiding management through risks and changes.

What you will do

Lead the planning team and manage subcontractors in planning, scheduling, and reporting
Define WBS, key milestones, baselines, and progress measurement structures
Build and integrate Primavera P6 schedules, including resource loading
Prepare S-curves, histograms, efficiency reports, and forecasts
Manage change control and implement approved updates into schedules
Perform schedule risk and scenario analyses, presenting results to stakeholders

What you already have

Technical degree in engineering or similar field
5+ years of experience leading planning teams on large EPC projects
10+ years as a Planning Engineer on EPC projects
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Projects, and Primavera Risk Analysis
Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, functions, graphs)
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Strong reporting and presentation abilities
Flexible to travel internationally when required
Collaborative, communicative, and professional approach
