Your opportunity

As a Lead Mechanic, you will take ownership of the entire mechanical assembly process for cranes and equipment, from start to finish. This includes building, adjusting, and testing mechanical systems, ensuring they are fully functional and delivered on time. You will have the chance to work closely with a skilled team of engineers and technicians, contributing your expertise to overcome challenges and improve efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to develop hands-on leadership skills in a dynamic workshop environment, while also making key contributions to cutting-edge projects. What you already have

  • +3 years of experience in a technical or mechanical engineering environment, preferably offshore
  • MBO degree in mechanical engineering or mechatronics
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with offshore safety standards is a plus
