Your opportunity

As a Lead Electrician, you will be at the forefront of crane and equipment assembly, overseeing the building, commissioning, and testing phases. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and effective delivery of equipment, while actively solving any complications. This role provides the opportunity to lead hands-on projects in a dynamic and technical workshop environment, making a significant impact on the overall success of crane and equipment construction.

What you will do

  • Lead the assembly, adjustment, and testing of cranes and equipment
  • Identify and solve complications effectively and efficiently during the build process
  • Provide advice on improvements to the equipment and processes
  • Collaborate with engineers and other teams to ensure the seamless execution of project plans
  • Maintain high safety standards and work within the requirements of offshore safety protocols (if applicable)
  • Use technical drawings to guide the assembly and troubleshooting process

What you already have

  • +3 years of relevant work experience in a technical or mechanical engineering environment, preferably in offshore industries
  • Completed MBO training in an electrical field
  • Ability to read technical drawings and experience with EPLAN
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with offshore safety standards is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, independent approach
  • Flexibility and eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project needs
