Your opportunity
As a Interior Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department, focusing on practical detail engineering and the applicability of interiors delivered by subcontractors. Rather than working on styling or conceptual design, your core responsibility will be ensuring what is designed can be built in—how, when, and to specification. You'll prepare and check 3D solution models in AutoCAD and Siemens NX, select materials and techniques, and verify that subcontractor input is aligned with build timelines and yacht requirements.
What you will do
- Develop detailed engineering plans, 3D models, and technical drawings for superyacht interiors with Siemens NX.
- Ensure designs comply with Class and Flag regulations and project specifications.
- Conduct technical assessments to optimize designs for manufacturability.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, production, and design teams.

What you already have
- 0-2 years of experience in the Interior Department within the yacht building sector
- Strong sense of esthetics in design
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Siemens NX
- Flexible approach, as you will work in a fast-paced environment with many changes
- Clear and empathetic communication, since you will be working across several departments and project teams
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English, so you can communicate efficiently with your multicultural team
