Your opportunity

Do you have a background in the offshore wind sector, able to oversee project development phases and experience with leading a project? Then the most modern and complex offshore wind project is waiting for you!

As an Interface Manager Offshore Wind, you will act as a single point of contact within an international and multidisciplinary team, providing technical support and guidance from start to delivery at site.

What you will do

  • Oversee all interactions and manage interfaces between project parties and contractors in design-related aspects but also during the storage, construction, outfitting and offshore transport & installation phases
  • Act as the single point of contact for all certification-related matters, utilizing your knowledge of the BSH standard requirements and work closely with the external company TuV Sud, which has been contracted for support
  • Work in close cooperation with Engineering and the yards on certification, including design appraisal vendor packages, systems and subcontracts
  • Communicate and monitor all risk management matters with the team responsible for managing the risk register
  • Coordinate client deliverables, such as essential information and required permits, to ensure successful execution of the scope of work at site
  • Support the construction yard and serve as the single point of contact

What you already have

  • BSc. or MSc. degree in technical field
  • +5 years of experience in the Offshore Wind sector
  • +3 years of experience in leading a project within your expertise
  • Commercial mindset, so you always thrive for the best outcome for the project
  • Excellent communication and people skills, since you will be communicating with other internal departments and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a highly complex technical environment, so expect to be positively challenged
  • Fluent English, so you can communicate efficiently with your multicultural team
  • Available for full-time in the Rotterdam area
