Your opportunity

Are you an experienced Interior Engineer with a talent for turning design concepts into technical solutions? In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in the projects, overseeing the detailed engineering and successful subcontracting of joinery systems.

What you will do

  • Develop and refine technical specifications for suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with customer and design needs
  • Work closely with procurement to choose the best materials and suppliers for accommodation joinery and insulation
  • Oversee quality inspections and Factory Acceptance Tests to ensure that all joinery meets the highest standards
  • Provide hands-on technical support to the production team, helping to resolve any challenges during the project
  • Keep up with the latest industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into our designs and processes

What you already have

  • Experience as a Technical Specification Engineer or similar role, focusing on joinery works in the maritime industry
  • BSc. or MSc. degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or Industrial Architecture
  • Extensive knowledge of joinery materials, techniques, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication skills so that you can communicate fluently with your multi-national team and various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in German and English is a plus, helpful for communicating in a multicultural environment and with international clients
  • Permanent EU citizenship and a passport are required due to the military nature of the projects
