Your opportunity

Take on a role as an Expeditor where you will directly contribute to the execution of some of the largest offshore energy projects. Your ability to ensure timely and accurate deliveries will help keep complex engineering and construction schedules on track. You will be a key member of a multidisciplinary procurement team, working closely with suppliers, inspection teams, and engineering departments to resolve issues proactively and maintain clear oversight throughout the supply chain.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tracking and managing deliveries once a purchase order is issued.
  • Monitor the status of purchase orders and intervene when delivery progress is at risk.
  • Organise and lead kick-off, pre-inspection, and progress meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Review and manage delivery schedules, inspection plans, and sub-order timelines.
  • Receive and verify critical supplier documentation, including invoices and bank guarantees.
  • Coordinate inspection visits and release materials for transport in collaboration with the Inspection department.
  • Ensure timely submission and approval of inspection reports and quality documents.
  • Maintain accurate progress tracking data in internal systems to ensure transparency.

What you already have

  • MSc or BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Technical Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in expediting or supply chain management, preferably in offshore or energy sectors.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of technical documentation and procurement processes.
  • Experience in progress reporting and supplier coordination.
