YSBERG is consulting several clients to help them embed Sustainability in their business operations. As an ESG Coordinator at YSBERG, you will help companies in-house to shape and implement ESG policy and measures. You will act as a sparring partner for the organization. You will advise on the steps to be taken, keep all stakeholders informed and engaged, and coordinate the ESG activities. This can vary from performing or evaluating the Double Materiality Analysis (DMA), setting up a data collection process to preparing reports. With the support of YSBERG's knowledge, expertise and tools, you will develop into a knowledgeable consultant on a wide array of sustainability topics.
· Based on in-depth knowledge of ESG legislation and regulations (CSRD, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy) and insight into organizational processes, you contribute hands-on to fit-for-purpose solutions.
· You coordinate, report and monitor the progress of the implementation of various ESG activities.
· As an internal point of contact and sparring partner, you ensure engagement and provide adequate advice.
· You help organizations to gain insight into their ESG results and determine their sustainability ambitions.
· You ensure future-proof and auditable processes and supervise audits.

· A well-developed organizational sensitivity and excellent communication skills to be able to carry out adequate stakeholder management.
· An analytical and inquisitive approach that enables you to understand complex issues and quickly master new material.
· A hands-on mentality so that you roll up your sleeves to get things done in a project-based work environment.
· And above all, you have the drive to truly have an impact in helping organizations achieve their sustainability goals.
· Good command of Dutch and English languages.
