Your opportunity

This is an opportunity for an experienced EPLAN professional who enjoys technology, automation, and sharing knowledge with others.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain EPLAN configurations, engineering standards, templates, and macro libraries

  • Manage technical databases, including component libraries, project structures, and reporting configurations

  • Optimize engineering applications such as EPLAN Electric P8, ProPanel, Preplanning, and eBuild

  • Support the integration of EPLAN with ERP systems, cable databases, and other engineering platforms

  • Advise and train engineers on the effective use of EPLAN applications and standardized workflows

  • Translate engineering requirements into practical software configurations and improvements

  • Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process optimization across engineering departments

  • Collaborate with engineering teams and key users to improve data consistency and design efficiency

  • Develop technical guidelines and best practices to support uniform engineering processes

  • Experience developing EPLAN macros, templates, or automated engineering solutions is highly valuable

  • Affinity with scripting, engineering automation, and digitalization

  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex engineering needs into practical solutions
