Your opportunity

As an Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor, you will take a central role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of electrical installations across a technically advanced offshore organization.

This is not a purely hands-on role, but a coordination-driven position where you oversee electrical safety, inspections, documentation, and the correct execution of work by internal teams and subcontractors. You will operate across multiple locations — including workshops, warehouses, R&D, and fabrication sites — with occasional offshore visits to support vessels.

You will work closely with technical teams, suppliers, and management to maintain high standards of safety and reliability, while continuously improving processes and systems.

What you will do

  • Ensure safe operation of LV/HV electrical installations and electrical work equipment across all sites
  • Develop and maintain electrical safety policies in line with legislation and industry standards
  • Coordinate and supervise periodic inspections of installations and equipment
  • Ensure timely resolution of defects and follow-up on corrective actions
  • Conduct electrical safety risk assessments and internal audits
  • Prepare and maintain procedures for operation, maintenance, and safe isolation of installations
  • Keep technical documentation, incident records, and as-built information up to date
  • Supervise subcontractors and third parties performing electrical work
  • Coordinate execution of electrical activities on-site and offshore
  • Support internal teams and advise crew on electrical safety and technical matters
  • Define competency requirements and ensure proper training and certification of personnel
  • Contribute to maintenance planning and budgeting (short- and long-term)
  • Draft technical specifications for upgrades and new installations
  • Support troubleshooting activities when required and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
