Your opportunity

As a Change Coordinator Engineering, you will oversee and streamline engineering change processes for naval projects. Acting as the bridge between technical and administrative teams, you will ensure modifications are properly assessed, documented, and implemented, maintaining efficiency and traceability in project execution.

What you will do

  • Manage and propose engineering changes through the complete lifecycle, including requirements, documentation, and configuration updates
  • Assess and assign change levels, conduct impact analyses, and ensure traceability of approved changes
  • Coordinate and monitor progress across engineering teams while following up on pending actions
  • Implement and communicate change plans to drive continuous process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with HSSEQ / IMED policies

What you already have

  • BSc degree with 3-5 years of experience, or MSc with at least 1 year of experience in a relevant technical field
  • Experience in naval engineering; a background in naval architecture is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of configuration management and change control processes
  • Familiarity with PDM/PLM systems and engineering workflows
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines and manage complex engineering changes
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and structured approach
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • EU citizenship and passport (required due to security and compliance regulations)
