Your opportunity

As a Change Coordinator, you will be at the center of managing and controlling changes for a large-scale FPSO modification project. This long-term EPC project involves major modifications to the topsides, turret mooring, and vessel systems, as well as extensive repair and life extension works.

In this role, you will coordinate the change management process across all project disciplines, ensuring accurate documentation, timely approvals, and effective communication with both internal stakeholders and the client. Your expertise will contribute to the project’s financial and contractual integrity throughout its multi-year execution.

What you will do

  • Manage and coordinate the SharePoint-based change control environment (forms & workflow)
  • Maintain the Master Change Register (MCR) and track all change alerts approved by Project Management
  • Prepare comprehensive Change Estimating Sheets (CIRs), collecting input from all relevant disciplines
  • Secure approvals for CIRs and develop Variation Order Requests (VORs) or notifications for the client
  • Ensure that approved changes are properly implemented into Cost Control databases (MS Dynamics/4PS) and Primavera P6
  • Communicate the status of changes effectively to project stakeholders
  • Review VORs from subcontractors and verify compliance
  • Support the Project Controls Manager with commercial and contractual matters related to changes, including forensic investigations when needed

What you already have

  • A BSc degree and +5 years of relevant experience as a Cost Engineer, Estimator, and/or Change Coordinator on large-scale EPC projects in O&G or similar industries
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with financial/ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics Business Control) and Primavera P6
  • Broad technical understanding combined with solid knowledge of EPC commercial mechanisms (contracts and reimbursement types)
  • Willingness to travel and work internationally (Europe, Middle East, Far East)
  • Fluency in English, with excellent writing skills for contractual narratives and reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, graphs, and complex functions
  • Strong reporting, writing, and presentation skills
  • A collaborative, communicative mindset and sound business ethics
