Your opportunity

As an Assembly Leader, you will be responsible for hands-on management of the entire assembly process for cranes and equipment, with a particular focus on hydraulic systems and commissioning. You will collaborate closely with the Engineering team, who design the cranes, and the Purchasing team, who order the necessary components. Your primary role will be to oversee the construction, commissioning, testing, and adjustment of the products, ensuring timely delivery while utilizing your technical expertise.

  • Lead the assembly of cranes and equipment, ensuring all components are properly integrated
  • Adjust and test equipment to guarantee optimal performance and safety
  • Proactively identify and solve complications during the assembly and commissioning processes
  • Provide effective and efficient solutions to mechanical and hydraulic challenges
  • Flexibly switch between commissioning and assembly tasks
  • Be the technical go-to person for the team

What you already have

  • A hands-on approach and readiness to work directly with the equipment and team members to ensure high-quality results
  • Technical education in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively
  • Experience in leading a team or workshop environment is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
  • An appetite to travel for crane commissioning to oversee full project lifecycle, ensuring successful installation, testing, and client satisfaction
