What you will do

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders like owners, end-users, project developers, shipyards, and design engineering companies.  
  • Influence project specifications and decision-making processes from early stages, ensuring the promotion of sustainable solutions.  
  • Collaborate closely with other Business Units and Sales Support teams to ensure seamless deal closures and a consistent customer experience.  
  • Analyze and understand market trends to provide valuable feedback and influence product and technology developments.

What you already have

  • Higher vocational or university degree in engineering, business, sales, or marketing, or relevant professional experience.  
  • Proven network and interpersonal skills in the Marine and Offshore markets in at least one of the target countries, with a strong drive for network expansion.  
  • Ability to work independently, systematically, and accurately.  
  • Excellent communication skills in English and one of the national languages of the target region.  
  • Self-motivated and proactive in market development.
